Review of new community groups

I had an action to review the list of new community groups and recommend which ones we should track. I have updated the new community groups list in our wiki [1] to add all of the new groups with a proposed action.  I also reviewed the list of community groups the APA WG hopes to actively track list [2].  I went through this list to determine if each group in this list was still active.  For those that have changed status I added, “UPDATE” at the start of the item.  Hopefully we can review these changes at an upcoming APA WG meeting and I can finalize the wiki page.
