Hi, Avneesh: Thank you for your request, and sorry you had difficulty getting it to me. And, yes, clarifying our process in APA is on my todo list for our home page. Meanwhile, the easiest and most reliable way to make such a request is via email to the public APA email list, public-apa@w3.org. I've cc'd the list with this response. Your understanding is essentially correct. We do want people to follow the FAST survey instrument, but that desire has not yet been actualized, so there's no xample we have on hand to show you. In any case that instrument is aimed at identifying fundamental accessibility issues unlikely to show up when groups like yours, with its long and deep experience building accessible technology, create a new specification. So, by way of example, were we to find you left out a graphic description, I'm sure it would be only an oversight, not a lack of knowledge! APA's approach in this instance would be more to look for any potential clashes among various W3C groups specifications work, things like that. We'll do our best. Thank you for reaching out to us.
