Hello APA,

I had reason to review this spec in the course of some WebPlat work, and 
thought it was worth putting my APA hat on whilst I was at it.

The spec has incorporated the features of ARIA 1.1. The conformance 
requirements for using ARIA 1.1 with HTML5.1 do not pose any concern. No 
further action needed.
