Further to reports, I wanted to draw your attention to the transportation section of the TPAC website:

Lisbon airport [1] is 15 minutes away from the venue.

* Taxi:
Please, make sure the taxi meter is in use.
Fares from Lisbon airport to the conference center costs approximately 15 - 25 €.

* Uber:
Alexandra Lacourba suggests using Uber as fares are possibly more regulated than Taxi’s.

* Public transportation:
 • Option 1
Take the subway [2] on "Aeroporto" station (red line) and leave at "Cais do Sodré" station (green line); Catch the bus n°732 or the tram 15E and leave at "R. Junqueira Stop (Centro Congressos)" stop. The bus/tram stop "R. Junqueira (Centro Congressos)" is next to the CCL. (See return trip for bus n°732 or tram 15E)

 • Option 2
Take the "Aerobus 1 - City Center” [3] at the airport and leave at "Cais do Sodré" stop. Catch the bus n°732 or the tram 15E and leave at "R. Junqueira Stop (Centro Congressos)" stop.
