All, My action was to review the WD of Timed Text Markup Language 2 ( https://www.w3.org/TR/ttml2) My initial read of the Draft specification does not indicate any specific issues, however I hope to have a chat with Glenn Adams (the editor) regarding Profiling, and specifically the processor profile which allows the author to declare that a processor must satisfy certain conditions on how content is processed. This may be useful in the discussions around personalization and certain user-groups (low vision, COGA, etc.) I am reaching out to Glenn to have that chat, and hopefully will be able to respond before or after TPAC. For now, I do not see anything of concern however.
