WITHDRAWN: (Corrected) Call for Consensus (CfC): Forward APA's new draft Charter

Colleagues:

Substantive omissions with the draft APA Charter having been identified
in private communications, we are withdrawing this Call for Consensus at
this time. Once the revisions are made and discussed, a new CfC will be
forthcoming. Please expect this will take days, not weeks.

With regret,

Janina
