Re: Call for Consensus (CfC): Advance WAI-Adapt Content Module 1.0 to CR

Thank you, Janina. I would suggest an editor's note regarding the intended application for attribute names during the CR period, to clarify it for reviewers, and appropriate treatment of the existing editor's notes as discussed.
As stated, this is not an objection to the CfC on my part.

Hi, Jason:

Thank you for these comments. Some responses below.

I expect this is editorial cleanup that I leave to Roy and Michael.

> The symbol numbering documents from BCI cited in section 3.6.1 should probably be included in the bibliography as normative references. The bibliography should be divided between normative and informative references. Without a normative reference, there is no constraint on the values of the proposed "symbol" attribute. One could argue that the normative character of the references in section 3.6.1 is implied, but in my view it would be better to formalize it.

For now these are PDF. However, we will be writing a specification to use the W3C Registry track, so changes are likely even before this spec advances to PR.

Ah. I should think that self-evident inasmuch as there is no advancement to PR with the data- prefix.

In fact what will happen is that APA will open a request for a permanent prefix once the CR snapshot is published. Once a permanent prefix is assigned by WHAT-WG, the document will be republished as a second CR with that change.
