Publish the current Note as a new FPWD, requesting wide review; 2.) Assign further development of this Note to our Research Questions Task Force (RQTF), with our explicit authorization to publish updated Working Drafts of this note as RQTF may see fit until; 3.) RQTF returns a completed Note Draft to APA for CfC approval to publish an updated APA Working Group Note and; 4.)
