Call for Consensus (CfC): Publish XAUR as W3C Note

Colleagues:

This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to the Accessible Platform
Architectures (APA) Working Group proposing publication of our XR
Accessibility User Requirements (XAUR) document as a W3C Note. The
candidate document is here:

This action is recommended by our Research Questions Task Force (RQTF)
following months of document development and of processing comments

This CfC is now open for objection, comment, as well as statements of
support via email. Silence will be interpreted as support, though
messages of support are certainly welcome.
