Re: Call for Consensus (CfC): New APA Charter

We goofed and somehow lost the APA Mission Statement from the draft
Charter URI for this CfC.

This statement has not changed in the current proposed draft, and there
were no concerns with simply moving forward with that language added
back in during the regular weekly APA teleconference of Wednesday 24
February.

However, to give everyone an opportunity to raise any concerns we will
extend the CfC until 23:59 (Midnight) Boston Time Sunday 28 February.

It is not possible to update the CfC URI, however the Mission Statement
is present in our github copy here:

With apologies for the confusion,

Janina and Becky

I happened to be on a call with Janina and raised this; Janina is finding the same, and notes the scoping section isn't present. I had a look at the commit history on GitHub and am not quite sure what has happened—whether it's a problem with the HTML generation/hosting, or something in the repo.
