Colleagues: This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to the Accessible Platform Architectures (APA) Working Group testing whether we have group consensus to publish Content Usable as a W3C Note. The document to review is here: https://raw.githack.com/w3c/coga/c069311e31de5aaafcecbb778fd5f466b99272eb/content-usable/index.html As customary, editorial enhancements may proceed during this CfC, eg. there are some known stray characters currently in the document. However, any substantive concerns which emerge during this CfC will need to be resolved before APA could agree to advancing this document to W3C Note status. ***Background*** This document is the outcome of a multiyear project in the Cognitive and Learning Disabilities (COGA) Task Force. Editorial work on the document may continue beyond the end of this CfC and will continue to be welcome. ***Action to Take*** This CfC is now open for objection, comment, as well as statements of support via email. Silence will be interpreted as support, though messages of support are certainly welcome.
