Updated Community groups listing

I have reviwed the Current Community Groups <https://www.w3.org/community/groups/> [1] that have formed since September, 2019 and updated the APA  Community Groups listing <https://www.w3.org/WAI/APA/wiki/Community_Groups#New_Community_Groups_to_review> [2] to add the groups   This will allow us to review them at an upcoming APA meeting.  To help in finding them, these entries have no information within the updates column and the last update date column contains yyyy-mm-dd.
