As just announced [1], the APA WG is now under a new charter [2].
This charter adds normative deliverables to the Working Group (the
Personalization stuff), which changes the intellectual property
commitments for the group.
In order to validate that you or your organization accept the new
commitments, *everyone must rejoin the group*. The rejoin process
creates a record of your acceptance of the new intellectual property
commitments.
* If you work for a Member organization, your Advisory Committee
representative must re-join the group on behalf of the organization,
which will reinstate everybody from that organization. You should be
able to find your AC rep from the list at
https://www.w3.org/Member/ACList.
* If you are an Invited Expert or Team, you can simply rejoin yourself.
In both cases, use the form at
https://www.w3.org/2004/01/pp-impl/83907/join.
There is, I believe, a 30-day grace period to rejoin. This means you
must rejoin by *9 September 2018*. If you have not rejoined by that
time, the system will automatically remove you from the group. I do not
have the power to prevent that, so please take care of this as soon as
possible.
Michael
