RE: RN Annotation Results integrated

Section 5 of the Annotation Model Rec models and specifies requirements for Annotation Collections and Annotation Pages.  In practice these are only being created right now by those implementing the Protocol, so Protocol implementers are also the only ones who are implementing Section 5 of the Annotation Model Rec. So the Protocol implementations will appear also in the model implementation report, albeit typically only with regard to Section 5.

I am not sure I understand. RI appears in the model report, ie, if it is in the protocol only, then it should not appear in the model report…
