I have updated our work practices wiki to note practices related to issue management and CfCs https://www.w3.org/annotation/wiki/Roles_and_Work_Mode#Issue_Management Key points: When you raise an issue, you should briefly describe it, give details, and most importantly offer a proposed resolution. Best is to include specific changes to the specification, Test cases are also encouraged. CfCs will be determined by the chairs, typically be a week, but up to chair discretion We should attempt to have issues and proposals by the Friday before the next week's call, to allow people to prepare. I did not document (hopefully) obvious items, like the Chairs will limit the scope of the discussion to the issue at hand and so on. regards, Frederick Frederick Hirsch Co-Chair, W3C Web Annotation WG www.fjhirsch.com @fjhirsch
