Shepazu[1] just left a note on "Web Annotation Data Model"[2]. > The Paris example might instead use the URI http://dbpedia.org/resource/Paris in place of the string, and is typically a term from a controlled vocabulary intended to be widely reused. Couldn't/shouldn't you also use a string as well, to act as a "handle" for the URI?
