Hi all. I was asked by Tim Cole and Jacob Jett to add a use case for annotating CSV to the Digital Publishing Annotation Use Cases document [1]. We are doing a little bit of work around annotating CSVs for a grant with HathiTrust Research Center and Tim and Jacob thought it would be good to try to capture the use case.

You can find the pull request and diff here [2]. I’m happy to adapt/discuss further if needed.
