Draft minutes from 2014-11-12 teleconference

Attached are draft minutes from today’s teleconference, 2014-11-12

For some reason the IRC log got truncated so I had to generate minutes by editing HTML by hand, so no text file [1], however I think the minutes are complete.

Please send any corrections to the list.
