   Shervin: We've been short on resources to generate text. We
   need more time to prepare the document for FPWD, so that it
   contains at least one paragraph per section.

   r12a: The idea for FPWD is to show that we are working on this
   document and the direction it's going.

   Shervin: Agreed. We can do that.

   r12a: So, we can make the decision now to publish the document
   as FPWD.

   action Behnam to fix missing images for Figures 9-13

   RESOLUTION: Extend the charter for one year. Add more detailed
   milestones on return after the break.

   Shervin will update the group regarding progress on first
   meeting of 2018.

Proposal to change the meeting schedules from weekly to bi-weekly

   Next meeting will be on 2018-01-09, same time.
