Regarding one of the nice to have requirements of Persian text on HTML 
pages, we found that that @counter-style is completely missing from 
Chrome and WebKit so I've filed 
https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=687225 and 
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=167645

I've been requested to send links of it the group so I did :) Your 
comments would be welcomed if you want to add something there.
