NOTE: We have set up an IRC bot to report major GitHub changes on the IRC,
including creating new issue/pull-request and closing them. (We didn't have
one of them during the meeting this week.) Unfortunately the bot doesn't
cover comments, so for them we still need to click on the URLs and check
out the GH page.
