Master branch was missing

Hi,

While trying to sync my fork of the repository, I noticed that w3c/alreq
doesn't have a master branch and we were merging PRs onto gh-pages.
Although, it doesn't do any harm per second, but it makes syncing forks
problematic.  I added a master branch to w3c/alreq. Please let me know if
it was intentional to not have it.
