i plan to do so, yes.

mm, yes, i'll think about how to handle this. Significant news items 
will still appear on the /International page, but we now have another 
location on this page too.

i didn't want to crowd the list too much, and meetings seemed more 
useful than organization - i'm thinking that a pointer to the electronic 
communication section would also be useful, however, but hadn't yet 
decide how best to do that.

actually other things have happened since i did this wrt to new group 
charters for other parts of the i18n activity - which i am being asked 
to develop in github too.  This lead me to the conclusion, last night, 
that i should move all the group home pages and charters to a github 
repo.  I propose to use https://w3c.github.io/i18n-activity/alreq/ for 
the home page (add charter.html to that for the charter).

i also propose to move http://w3c.github.io/alreq/guidelines/ to the 
same repo (since it was always intended to apply to all groups, not just 
alreq).

how does that sound?
