Update on Agenda Management for ALReq

Hello,

To make the meetings more efficient, focused, and fruitful, we would like
to make few changes in the way that we manage our agenda items:

– Each week on Thursday, we will send out a call for agenda items so the
participants can provide the topics they are working on for discussion
during the meeting or just ask for some time to present what they have been
working on and share the results.
– The chairs will close the agenda on Sunday with the available items. If
there are no agenda items to discuss, there wouldn't be any meetings on
Tuesday. If there are fewer items, we will have a shorter meeting.
– You can send your agenda items to chairs even before Thursday
announcement, but not later than Sunday evening PST.
– The first meeting we plan to use this format in is going to be held on
June 21st and we will not have a meeting on June 14th so folks can prepare.
– I will send the call for agenda items on Thursday this week.
