Hello,

The seventh weekly teleconference meeting of ALReq working group will be
held on Tuesday, November 10th, 2015 at 16:00 UTC (8:00 PST, see [1]
for your local time).

Agenda
======

Preliminary agenda items for this meeting are as follows:

– Status review of action items from previous meeting (see [2])
– Recruiting Status
- Glossary status [3]
- List of references [4]
- Drafting status
- Possibility of rescheduling weekly meetings (Behnam)

Connecting
=========

IRC will be used during the meeting for sharing documents.

WebEx will be used for audio/video/presentation.

NOTE: We are setting up a new WebEx meeting and the details will be
submitting to the mailing list and the IRC channel a few minutes
before the meeting.

IRC Bots
=======

Collecting minutes during the meeting and agenda and queue control
would be done with the assistance of IRC bots. See [7] and [8]
regarding usage of IRC bots.
