weekly-summaries/ - Condensed reports (no AI verbosity, per your guidance)
cross-posting/ - Links to AIKR, WebML, Voice Agents, CogAI discussions
literature/ - Papers, prior art (starting with your bilingual brain insight)
decisions/ - Architecture Decision Records
First deliverable: 2026-W09 summary (founding week) published, 2026-W10 
drafting begins Monday.

Executive summary format for Paola: Weekly summaries will include 
"Cross-CG Impact" section highlighting relevance to AIKR's 
trust/safety/interoperability mission.

Bottom line: Your "no trust, no safety, no interoperability without 
knowledge representation" is why PM-KR exists - to be the procedural 
foundation AIKR requires.
