Combination of semantic web technologies and AI use in SDGs and ICT4D

Dear all

I am looking for research, reports and projects finished or in progress
that use the combination of semantic web technologies and AI for ICT for
development (ICT4D) or the development of tools, repositories or data
analytics for the Sustainable Development Goals ( SDGs).

Currently there isn't much literature available on how the combination of
ontologies, knowledge graphs and AI is used to create compact user friendly
tools, repositories and data analytics for Sustainable Development and the
SDGs.

I am working on a program to incorporate these technologies and factor in
research and data sovereignty too, with the implicitly related intellectual
property issues as well.

This program will be submitted to the European Union for consideration to
include in research programs that are used internally and for international
development aid purposes.
