be relevant to this CG *where we are defining KR itself

But let me argue with that.

 Nothing sits 'above' KR
(feeling argumentative)

As we continue to dynamically refine conceptual spaces, and our minds, as
we are at it  I wonder the following:

- the interface specification you propose IS a type of KR *therefore IS a
KR formalism *or is it not? if not why not? discuss

-  should there be a bubble somewhere in between for KR interfaces
languages *this could be a novel contribution

The degree of novelty and useful of such an idea would need to be evaluated
