STRATML, eGovernment and AI

Our Prime Minister in Aruba recently reconfirmed the existing contract with the government agency in Estonia responsible for eGovernment implementation in Estonia to assist my home country with implementing eGovernment features as well.
Which renewed my interest in contacting the same agency in Estonia to determine whether automated tools for planning and strategizing for implementing eGovernment like STRATML are used as well.
With the General Data Protection Regulation, Digital Services Act and soon the EU AI Act in place, it would make sense that eGovernment would need tools like or similar to STRATML to automate and make available in machine readable format control, review and performance evaluation processes.
I checked again and there are NO books from commercial publishers available on how to use STRATML. Tools from organizations that deal with information science, information management and documentation exist but do not seem to somehow provide general outlines for dealing with knowledge, information and data.
Somehow these tools are exactly what will be needed to improve the current state of AI and not just generative AI like LLMs.
All categories of AI that are assistive in nature or run in autonomous mode and need to be open, explainable, trustworthy and controllable will need to be subject to automated and/or human supervision.
