recovery of correspondence and files

Dear all,

I am slowly finishing the process of recovery of most of my correspondence
lost with my deleted old email account.

Because of the w3c public mailing list archive I can find most of it.

If anyone knows of a program that can extract and organize information from
such public archives please let me know.
