AI KR VOCAB concept note

Following on list and off list exchanges, I have drafted a concept note
that summarises the scope of work for the vocab

This concept note, once finalized will be shared with an invitation to
contribute
to the authors of KR literature  and anyone contributing to it will be
naturally listed as contribute/author

Once we have keywords, we can also produce a concept/knowledge map

For people who are working on other standards or other domains, it could be
a good exercise to identify the intersection (is there any term from KR
that matches/intersect with the concepts and terms from related domains for
example)
