Would be good to start thinking in that direction.
AI KR is primarily concerned with representation of K for the purpose of
supporting computation/automtion reasoning in the contact of AI systems
(with a bunch of established computational tools and methods etc) There are
a few experts on that on this list
But in System Level KR (my thing) I recommend that simple human readable
explicit (natural language) designation of information is attached to any
computational KR, for the purpose of guaranteeing explainability, with all
its implications, as discussed elsewhere
So basically, we can start thinking of a simple level of
designation/description of information (as you suggest in your email below)
for WoT that could evolve into a more formalized KR if and when there is a
need for automation of reasoning over the things
Lets consider this an open task for the CG to handle, and let us know when
you may want more direct input
