The European AI Alliance's Assessment List on Trustworthy Artificial 
Intelligence is available at

The High-Level Expert Group (HLEG) has published an "assessment list" in 
PDF and the Insight Centre for Data Analytics at University College Cork 
has developed a prototypical web based tool to guide developers and 
deployers AI through the checklist.

When time permits, I will convert the checklist to StratML format.

I'll also convert the European AI Alliance's about statement: 
https://futurium.ec.europa.eu/en/european-ai-alliance/pages/about

In the meantime, the HLEG's definition of AI is available in StratML 
format at https://stratml.us/drybridge/index.htm#AIHLEG and both the 
Insight Centre's about statement as well as its strategic plan are 
available at https://stratml.us/drybridge/index.htm#ICDA
