Structured efforts for use of StratML in AI-KR and a proposed additional outcome

Dear All,
Busy going through a very large number of ideas, publications, current trends and proposed new avenues of research in AI and KR in many fields (library sciences, journalism and news media, theoretical and applied physics, health, the pursuit of academic research and publishing, data science and big data mining, environmental sciences and sustainable development, computational biology, pharmaceutical industry and the use of messaging, planning, organizing, collaboration and social media apps).
It has become obvious that in the foreseeable future overlaps and or convergence of artificial intelligence, edge computing, quantum computing and high performance computing will greatly impact the look and feel and ethics of AI.
Recent developments in large Internet companies (Google, FaceBook and Amazon), focusing on ethical issues have laid bare shortcomings, bias generating company policies and skewed corporate governance issues.
Several things stand out:
(1) AI will increasingly be able or be expected to process and/or produce (high level) natural language and to process formal symbols and formulas in scientific texts for problem solving
(2) Perform context sensitive complex tasks in complex adaptive systems modeling and agent based modeling (e.g. in economy, health and environmental models)(3) A shift away from ML and deep learning, allowing for causal and temporal reasoning and emulating biological cognitive architectures
(4) A strong commitment to open and inclusive trust, verification, security, bias mitigation, data privacy and ethics principles in a very wide range of applications in the public sector, industry, commerce, trade and pure and applied research

Points 1 and 4 deal to a large extent with processing and analyzing (raw/meta/big/legacy) data, creating information, documenting, reporting, communication, and collaboration (which includes planning, organization, project management and administration).
I propose we look at how to use StratML to document point 4, and also look at strategic alignment issues in general.
Because of an expected increase in complex adaptive systems modeling, which focuses on processes instead of agents this strategic alignment will translate into interoperability, compatibility, data retrieval, transformation, classification, reconciliation and curation issues. In all of this KR plays an indispensable role.
