AI KR for the Blockchain

Recalling an earlier discussion and
without reading the whitepaper, K,
an earlier idea I may have talked to Carl (because he said he is working
for the BC)
and maybe also posted to the group as well
is:
The role of KR in the Blockchain would be
to make sure the Blockchain is expliclity represented, ie
to devise an knowledge representation schema for the BC

Although not yet in the literature (struggling with paper writing) one of
the roles of KR
is to ensure truth preservation across transformations, and to ensure FAIR
principles in ML/algorithms
So with this in mind, I think we can try to use KR to make it clear once
and for all what is the BC
