I am making a form to help organise the session (either remotely or in
person) please let me know if you have any input/suggestion. I ll send this
out today (friday) to registered participants

with a view to hold the session both remotely and locally (if we find
someone to co chair locally) or remotely only (participants can login and
we can talk online during those two hours)
I may still be able to go to Japan for the day (I am only two hours away)
but maybe a two hours meeting may be held virtually equally productively as
I am a bit stretched schedulewise in the next couple of weeks
