Presenting the lexical resources here is very interesting but very limited if it has to be done manually. I know I made this capability a long time ago using a website that accepted references exported by one note. it imported them into the biblio module of drupal. recently i tried to see if wordpress had a similiar capability but it was very rudimentary and not very good. i will look into it further and see if i can find anything that would do this.
