Testing email and chairs

Greetings all

9 people have joined so far, thanks for the interest

Before starting introductions, let me check that the group members are
receiving this email, can someone reply? (so I know its working)

I am hoping to have people rotate as chairs and co chairs on a annual or bi
annual basis but to start with I wonder if its okay for me to chair
initially so that that I can set up a work plan and resources as discussed
with some members. If so, please nominate me ! (still not sure how it works
exactly) you people have to nominate me I think
