I was reviewing https://www.w3 ..org/WAI/WCAG22/Understanding/label-in-name.html and was interested to read the section titled: "Text in parentheses" Is the following statement still valid? "Users of speech recognition would not typically announce text in parentheses as part of the input name." This statement did not align with my testing of default settings in Voice Over (Mac: Chrome, Safari), NVDA (Windows: Edge, Firefox), JAWS (Windows: Edge). For all of these combinations, the entire label was read aloud, even the portions the included parentheses. Many thanks, Ben
