Good day, I have the following question: As a visually impaired person, a fundamental principle for me is that as a user who heavily relies on the NVDA screen reader and Windows zoom, my perception of navigating the internet is more practical when using both the keyboard and the mouse. However, certain links and buttons do not provide audio feedback when hovered over with the mouse, which is frustrating. While navigation with the keyboard is possible, reaching an element on the page using only the keyboard can sometimes require navigating through the entire page, especially if the element is located at the end. I have come to understand that this is not part of the WCAG 2 guidelines, which is incomprehensible to me. How are the WCAG guidelines taken into account? And is it possible to contribute to their improvement? Thank you very much for your attention to this matter.
