Incorrect email address displayed.

Hello w3,

I've spent the day reading the WAI/WCAG22 documentation, and there's
consistently an error displaying an email address on route <
https://w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Understanding/[rule].html, and I believe a few
other places.

It displays public-agwg-comments@w3.org@w3.org, instead of
public-agwg-comments@w3.org.
