Recommendations to make form labels more inclusive

Hi team,

I noticed on the WCAG page Providing descriptive labels<https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Techniques/general/G131.html>, that the language used in 'Example 2: A form asking the name of the user', cites 'first name' and 'last name..'

This language is not inclusive of people from non-English speaking backgrounds. At Service NSW, an Australian Government agency, we use 'Given name' and 'Family name', as it's easier to translate across other languages and accommodates people who use their 'last name' (family name) as their 'first name.' It prevents users from adding their names in the incorrect format.

I hope you consider this change to make the language on your website more inclusive.

Many thanks,
Liz
