Does the use of obsolete non-conforming tags violate WCAG 2.1? It seems consistent with 1.3.1 Info and relationships; however I don't see anything that I can explicitly link it to. List structure, heading tag order, specifying language on a page are all tag related issues that fall under this category. The following W3C article says that authors must not use them and it could lead to accessibility issues: 11 Obsolete features - HTML5<https://www.w3.org/TR/2014/REC-html5-20141028/obsolete.html>. Am I missing it or is there an explanation that makes the distinction clear?
