  1.  Rating criteria, the first draft is clear and seems easy to work with. I would strongly suggest to create a format where businesses can use the rating criteria in their score cards and embed them in dashboards to measure accessibility of their digital environment, because:

     *   This provides an easy to embed tool for businesses
     *   General applicable score card supports risk assessments, reporting and legal assessments in case of providing information in relation to public procurement processes
  3.  The silver and gold criteria for in person testing is superb!
  4.  The process focus is great, how successful is your process is the key to accessibility and I would suggest to include this in the rating
  5.  Finally more clarity on the one type of WCAG guideline applicable for multiple digital channels could be a bit more clear. As I notice that many app developers do not realize WCAG is applicable on them.
