Possible CTA comments on WCAG 2.2 and 3.0

Hi,

CTA is a partner with W3C on some web topics, primarily HTML5 video.  On another topic, we have some members interested in the draft WCAG work, WCAG 2..2<https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/> and WCAG 3.0<https://w3c.github.io/silver/guidelines/>.

Is there a timeframe by which comments should be received on v3.0?

In addition, the WG requested comments on v2.2 by mid-September; as that has passed, is there any opportunity for input on v2.2 at this stage?
