WCAG 2.1 public comment (ISO WCAG 2.1 info missing)

I find the section on "WCAG 2.0 is ISO/IEC 40500" not very informative 
for anyone looking at our plan wrt WCAG 2.1 and ISO. Maybe you could 
repeat some of the text in 
https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/wcag/#versions and explain 
2.1 may become an ISO IS later on.
