I was looking at 2.1 and I think there are a few cases where WCAG 2.0 is used whereas 2.1 should be (when it's used as a self-reference in a sense) e.g. Success Criteria - For each guideline, testable success criteria are provided to allow WCAG 2.0 to be used .. Sufficient and Advisory Techniques - For each of the guidelines and success criteria in the WCAG 2.0 document itself, the working group has also documented a wide variety of techniques... In the following case, I think the referenced document should be updated too (to just be Understanding WCAG, without version number) e.g. See also _Sufficient and Advisory Techniques in Understanding WCAG 2.0_ Later on: The WCAG 2.0 document is designed to meet the needs of those who need a stable, referenceable technical standard.
