On:

Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 - W3C Working Draft 12 September 2017<https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21>  the link under this copy goes to 1.0 not the link-text 2.0.

"WCAG 2.1 extends Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0..."

And;

Glossary - Conventional links<https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/#dfn-conventional-links> - interestingly doesn't include the Bypass blocks <https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG21/#bypass-blocks>  encompassing - 'Skip to main content' - as a link to a section, landmark, anchor. Should it be included?
