WCAG 2.1 public comment - standard font size

Hello, 

I am missing a Success Criterion 1.4.15 Default font size. 

As you can read in  DGUV Information 215-450

section : 8.6.2 Schriftgröße

"Empfohlene Zeichengröße in Anhängigkeit vom Sehabstand Sehabstand (mm) Emphohlene Zeichenhöhe (mm)500 3,2 bis 4,5 ; 600 3,9 bis 5,5 ; 7004,5 bis 6,4 ; 800 5,2 bis 7,3"

For Websites there should be a default text font size of 16px. 

I request a New Success Criterion.
