AI and Society Workshop

Hi All,


AI and Society <https://github.com/w3c/strategy/issues/565>  is a 
conversation about the impact of Generative AI on Society. Open an issue 
at https://github.com/w3c/tpac2026-miniworkshops 
<https://github.com/w3c/tpac2026-miniworkshops>using the AIandSociety 
issue template to indicate interest in presenting about the positive or 
negative impact of GenAI on society. You may also discuss how W3C might 
shape the future of the web based on W3C's Ethical Web Principles 
<https://www.w3.org/TR/ethical-web-principles/>or Vision 
<https://www.w3.org/TR/2025/STMT-w3c-vision-20250729/>. Presentations 
will be 5 minutes. There will be a discussion period open to all 
attendees to close the workshop. Remote participation and presentation 
available. This workshop is chaired by Tzviya Siegman, Hidde de Vries, 
and Christian Liebel.
